We have finished overhauling our project ticket templates, SOW templates, and associated workflows to support an entirely new structure for projects.
Now, projects are organized into 3 primary phases:
- Project Management
- Implementation
- Quality Assurance
Under the Implementation phase, sub-phases are created for each solution that was sold. Under each solution's sub-phase are all tickets that need to be completed in chronological order.
These changes are now live for all new quotes. Any quotes that were prepared prior to these changes will require a revised Scope of Work. Any projects that were created prior to these changes will not benefit from the new organization.
